Senegal, through the Ministry of National Education, celebrated National Girls’ Education Day on Thursday. For this edition, the First Lady, Marie Khone Faye was chosen as godmother. Presiding over this ceremony, Ms. Faye stressed that Senegal has all the assets to become an example of progress and solidarity under the international chain.
