The cast of season 14 of “Dancing with the Stars”, on TF1, is expanding with the arrival of Mayane, Julie Zenatti and Claude Dartois. The actress from the film “Un p’tit truc en plus”, the singer from “Notre-Dame de Paris” and the adventurer from “Koh-Lanta” join Sophie Davant, Florent Manaudou, Adil Rami, Lénie Vacher, Charlotte de Turckheim and the former Miss France Ève Gilles.
Aged 20, Mayane played a flirtatious and seductive young woman alongside Artus and Clovis Cornillac in the success of the year 2024 at the cinema in France, “Un p’tit truc en plus”, which brought together more than 10 million spectators. She has already participated in half a dozen films or series, including “HPI”.
On social networks, Mayane addresses subjects such as difference. She is also a member of the 21 Rêves association, which aims to promote actions contributing to the well-being of people with Down syndrome.
For her part, Julie Zenatti was spotted at the age of 15 to join the musical “Notre-Dame de Paris” in 1996, and land the role of Fleur-de-Lys. Faced with the colossal success of the show, she subsequently went solo. In twenty-four years of career, she has released 8 albums. The next one, “The Path”, will be revealed next April.
Former chauffeur, Claude Dartois, 45, is the only “Koh-Lanta” candidate to have been a finalist four times in four participations. He holds the absolute record for individual events won in the history of the game with 22 successes. His last participation, in 2021, in the survival show, however, remains tainted by suspicions of cheating on the part of several participants.
Claude Dartois published his first book, “Zero limits to your dreams”, in 2023 and also hosted, last year, “Bad Player” on Netflix.
With these two new arrivals, the casting of “Dancing with the Stars” is not finalized. Indeed, the name of the international star who is traditionally one of the candidates has not yet been communicated. In 2024, it was James Denton, actor in the series “Desperate Housewives”, who was this “star”.
