Two accidents occurred a few minutes apart on Wednesday January 8 on the A35, southwest of Strasbourg. Impressive, but ultimately with more fear than harm.
Shortly before 8:30 a.m., a few hundred meters after the Innenheim exit, in the Colmar-Strasbourg direction, a car hit the one traveling in front of it. In the impact, on a wet road, the driver of the car hit lost control of his vehicle, which ended up on its roof, in the left lane.
He was transported by the Obernai firefighters to Hautepierre hospital for check-ups. Traffic was in one lane, causing a slight slowdown.

A few minutes later and a few kilometers further, firefighters and police were mobilized to another accident, shortly before the exit leading to Duppigheim or the village of Entzheim. A car hit two vehicles in a row, continuing to drive erratically, hitting the side wall and guardrail. The driver was having a seizure while driving.
He was first picked up by a truck driver, who stopped when he saw the driver unconscious at the wheel. He broke the window and extracted the victim, who quickly regained his senses. He was also taken to hospital for checks. There were no injuries.
