An opening to prepare. A call for applications (AAC) concerning the Saint Sard'Ô Leisure Park project was launched by the Community of Communes Grand Sud Tarn-et-Garonne (GSTG) this Monday January 6.

As this park prepares to welcome the public again in the summer of 2025, after having been closed for several months due to work, the Community of Communes GSTG has announced that it is “looking for an operator who can offer a fast food service on site using a food truck or a mobile structure“.

Monday to Sunday

According to the information communicated in this AAC, the operator must be present on site Monday to Sunday (from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday) from June 28 until August 31.

In addition, he will undertake to respect the following conditions:

  • exploitation as a main and personal activity
  • presence every day of the period (Monday to Sunday from June 28 to August 31) excluding bad weather or exceptional circumstances
  • two-week notice period in the event of unavailability
  • no sale of alcohol or glass containers
  • no sale of dish to plate
  • maintaining the location and its surroundings in a perfect state of cleanliness.
  • compliance with installation times set out in the authorization

Mandatory site visit

Before applications are submitted, a obligatory visit of the location will be proposed to the candidates. For this, two slots will be offered, namely the January 16 at 9 a.m. or the January 23 at 2 p.m.with an appointment set directly at the Saint-Sardos leisure park.

Please note that applications must be submitted no later than February 17, 2025 at 12 p.m..
