The State still helps homeless people find accommodation in Essonne

In the department, some people need support to find a roof over their heads. To do this, the second “Housing First” plan is still active in the region. The government thus wants to “accelerate access to housing” for those affected, or who risk becoming affected. In Essonne, according to the latest data, more than 3,000 people who are homeless or living in makeshift housing have been housed. The objective in the department is around 7,500 people.
