The 18th edition of Morocco Equestrian Trophy will take place on Saturday January 11. During a press conference organized Thursday in Rabat, the organizers revealed the broad outlines of this edition which has the theme “The Gallop of the Stars… The rings of success”. Speaking during this press point, the president of the Morocco Equestrian Trophy, Badr Fakirdeclared that this event was an opportunity to pay tribute to the riders and horses for their performances which honor Morocco at the Arab, continental and international levels, as well as to all stakeholders who contribute to the development and influence of horse riding. .
Fakir stressed that “the exploits achieved by Moroccan riders in the various competitions are the fruit of the hard work and efforts made by the president of the Royal Moroccan Federation of Equestrian Sports (FRMSE), Moulay Abdellah Alaouiwhich supports the achievements of all champions and offers them all the conditions to develop their performance. The president of Morocco Equestrian Trophy also underlined that this edition would pay tribute to the riders who shone on the national scene, as well as to the champions who participated in the Paris 2024 Olympic Gamesthus allowing the Morocco to take part in all equestrian disciplines at the Olympics, namely dressage in London in 2012, show jumping in Rio in 2016, dressage and team show jumping in Tokyo in 2020 and eventing in Paris in 2024.
Furthermore, during the press conference presenting the 18th edition of the Morocco Equestrian Trophy, the members of the jury were presented.
