The escalation saw the use of bladed weapons, stones and sticks, mainly on the main square of the faculty, then spreading to neighboring areas.
These clashes caused a wave of panic among students and staff. Property damage, including broken cars and windows near the college, was reported. Following these incidents, security forces surrounded the location, carrying out arrests and medical evacuations.
These clashes represent the most severe confrontation since the violence of April 2022 at the same university.
