At the end of the year, the departmental committee of Friends of the Gendarmerie awarded the benefactor diploma to two structures in North Lozère for their financial assistance. These are the commune of Saint-Léger-du-Malzieu and the community of communes Terres d'Apcher-Margeride-Aubrac. These documents were handed over during two separate ceremonies, on the same day, by the Malzévien Henri Munier, who recently became the departmental manager, and Colonel Marie Béatrice Tonanny, commander of the departmental gendarmerie group.
In Saint-Léger-du-Malzieu: to the mayor Ludovic Jaffuel, in the presence of part of the municipal council and, in Saint-Chély-d'Apcher: to the president of the community of communes Christophe Gache. It was on the occasion of his participation in the national congress of mayors of France (he is deputy to the town hall of Malzieu-Ville) that Henri Munier made contact with the manager of the stand representing the National Association Friends of the gendarmerie. Later, he was asked and accepted responsibility for Lozère.
