Customers can now experience a completely transformed environment. After two weeks of work, the La Poste office in Avon (Seine-et-Marne), located at 49, avenue Franklin-Roosevelt, reopened its doors to the public on Tuesday, December 10, announces the La Poste group. Some €65,000 was invested for the transformation of premises, with an “enriched service offering adapted to residents” in a completely renovated space.

Service offering

“The floors, paint and lighting were replaced to create a transformed, modern and connected space,” La Poste Ile-de-France is told. The customer experience is also improved with the redevelopment of commercial and banking spaces, but also that of the examination room for the highway code and the boat code. »

Gone is the central island that customers were familiar with: the space has been modified to make the journey more fluid and make the spaces more visible, in particular with new signage. Classic services are maintained such as the sale of parcel mail products and services.

In terms of banking, a more visible space is offered with the ATM, self-service check deposit or a Western Union space (sending money).

The office also offers a La Poste Mobile service with subscription to mobile plans, Internet boxes, purchases of telephones and accessories and trade-in of old telephones. Other services are offered: photocopier, digital identity or subscription to personal services.

“This transformation illustrates the group's ambition to be a local and service player, as close as possible to the needs of its customers and anchored in the regions,” concludes La Poste Ile-de-France.

Open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to
