“When I received the record, I said to myself: it’s real, I released a CD, so I’m really a singer!” This month of December has a taste of consecration for the singer Orlanne.
She has just released her first album entitled: Nostalgic happy ones. Eight tracks, including two bonus tracks, make up this EP – an album lasting less than 30 minutes – with multiple influences.
A patchwork of styles like the artist Orlanne Orsatelli, a 32-year-old Capcorsine.
She always carried music in her heart. In this sense, the young girl began studying musicology at the age of 19, in Nice, then in Paris.
However, she decided to begin an artistic career in the production of live shows. At the same time, she joined the group Baronne, with a folk and electro pop style.
In total privacy
But another project is simmering in his head: “After a rich tour in the South and in the capital, I felt the need to flourish alone in the musical world”, she confides. Here she is, in 2020, writing her texts between Paris and Corsica for her first EP. “The development of this album was marked by somewhat sad moments and by doubts, but it is thanks to this that the result really takes on meaning.”
