Silent poisoning: 550 kilos of lead affect humans and animals in Luxembourg

There are already many non-toxic alternatives to lead ammunition and fishing weights: materials such as copper, steel, brass, tin, bismuth (an ore), and tungsten “are just as effective for hunting and fishing and much less harmful to the environment and health. These alternatives are now supported by hunters, sport shooters, food retail, scientists and health experts.
