“Meeting this Monday, December 23, the Federal Commission of the Coupe de France rendered its decision concerning the match of 32es final Tours FC (R1) – FC Lorient (L2), initially scheduled for Saturday December 21 at the Vallée du Cher stadium and finally canceled. The Commission held the Tours club responsible. The cancellation of the meeting is the direct consequence of a failure by the organizing club in terms of welcoming the public. The match was lost by penalty to Tours FC. Consequently, FC Lorient is qualified for the 16es final, scheduled for Wednesday January 15, 2025, and will travel to (N2). »

The French Federation communicated this afternoon on the decision of the commission following the cancellation of the match between Tours FC and FC Lorient on Saturday.
