Piperno, the tradition of good taste
At the foot of Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples is the birthplace of a “poor man’s dish” that became a global culinary celebrity thanks to the Queen of Italy, Margaret of Savoyfollowing an official visit to Naples in 1889. This simple dish combining the colors of the Italian flag: red (tomato), white (mozzarella) and green (basil) was appreciated by the first queen de La Botte, close to his people. To pay homage to him, Neapolitan cooks named this dish Margherita pizza. Piperno perpetuates the tradition of the good taste of Neapolitan pizza with handmade pizzes, based on carefully selected products, coming directly from Italy.
Appetizers, pizza, pasta…
The brand was born from the desire to share moments of laughter and love around the table. On site, with its 40 seats, to take away or for delivery and click&collect on piperno.fr, the menu is made up of a selection of antipasti, Neapolitan pizze, pasta and essential desserts. The icing on the cake: each season, the Chef creates an ephemeral menu to discover Italian terroirs and their flagship products. The next winter menu is available until March 19, 2025.

Neapolitan culinary heritage
Piperno offers a short menu of fourteen Neapolitan pizzes ranging from the legendary Margherita to the soft Prosciuttto & Co, composed of tomato sauce, Fior di Latte mozzarella, garnished with thin slices of Italian raw ham, Apulian stracciatella, arugula, olive oil extra virgin. As a starter, there are antipasi: colorful and vitamin-filled salads, grilled vegetables, assortments of Italian cold cuts, burrata pugliese, gourmet pastas, such as Fettucine Pesto di Pistacchi. The decoration of the Piperno is in symbiosis with the warm and sunny atmosphere of southern Naples and Sicily. On the walls, the floral wallpaper, the plates with old motifs as well as the floor tiles, benches and chairs upholstered in a deep green reminiscent of the colors of southern Italy.
