The Avenir Valencian rugby school organized its Christmas tree in the Calypso room in Golfech, kindly made available by the town hall, on Saturday from 5 p.m. Usually, the party begins in the afternoon, but with the bad weather prevailing, the leaders preferred to cancel this sporting event and head towards Golfech. All the children, from the youngest to the oldest, were invited to a snack prepared by volunteers, managers and parents, culminating in a visit from Santa Claus to distribute gifts. Everything was carefully organized to delight these young people, impatient and excited at the idea of ​​meeting the emblematic character in the big purple coat. Cakes, fruit juices, sweets, chocolates, but also two inflatable castles, were taken by storm as soon as the doors opened.

170 boys and girls

The Valencian Future rugby school brings together 170 boys and girls and is associated with the Lauzerte club. Almost all of the members were present with their parents; only those of Lauzerte were missing, which the Valencian leaders regretted.

This Christmas celebration is of great importance for these young rugby players in the making.
