Pas-de-Calais and the Somme on alert for wind this Sunday, traffic disrupted for DFDS between Dover and Calais

Météo France has placed the departments of Pas-de-Calais and Somme on yellow alert for wind this Sunday, until 9 p.m. in Somme and midnight in Pas-de-Calais. The shipping company DFDS announces disrupted traffic for its crossings between Dover and Calais.

Faced with the degraded weather conditions this Sunday with strong gusts of wind, the ferry company DFDS announces disruptions in the rotation of ferries between Dover and Calais. On the other hand, traffic is maintained for the P&O company.

Concerning the Somme, in addition to vigilance for wind, the department is also placed on yellow vigilance for thunderstorms until 4 p.m.
