Born in 2011, Blend burgers are now sold in four restaurants in Paris and soon in five. The iconic gourmet burger will take up residence in early May 2025 in the 16th arrondissement of the capital. In a decor designed by architect Régis Botta, Blend will offer a table servicewhile continuing the takeaway. And for the first time, a large terrace will accommodate around thirty seats, to eat or have a drink in the afternoon.
French matured meats for burgers
For those who don't yet know, a blend is a minced steak obtained after mixing different cuts of beef selected for their specific qualities. For its burgers, Blend uses only French matured meats, raised outdoors and fed exclusively on grass.
It was Frédéric Lalos, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and baker of starred restaurants, who finalized the Blend potato bun recipe: “a unique marriage between American softness and 100% natural French ingredients”.
“Our buns are kneaded and cooked every day to guarantee optimal freshness,” promises the brand whose cheddar comes from Somerset, the historic stronghold in England, and the AOP Camembert from Normandy of course.
“From our ketchup with ten secret ingredients to our caramelized bacon with maple syrup and clementine juice, each of our recipes is exclusive and prepared from fresh and carefully selected ingredients,” guarantees Blend on its site.
