Victim of a computer attack on December 7, the Vidymed group informed that investigations were still underway to determine the extent of possible damage.
In the meantime, “Vidymed has decided to carry out a preventive shutdown of its IT systems. Patient files, consultation history and diaries are thus temporarily inaccessible, without compromising patient care and safety,” indicates management.
Medical care is therefore maintained without interruption and the group’s four centers “remain fully operational during the end-of-year holidays”.
