New Year’s Eve: Instructions for bulky items

On the occasion of New Year’s Eve, the City is informing you of the measures and instructions that must be adopted in order to anticipate possible disturbances to public order (fires in particular). These measures are applicable from Tuesday December 3 from 2 p.m. to Wednesday January 1 until 5:30 a.m..

Measures to apply:

• Bring in and secure all household waste and packaging waste bins in the trash rooms provided for this purpose
• Do not take out bulky items and pick up any items that may be left in front of your parking lots or residences.

► Any container found on the public highway during the indicated period will be removed by the City services in collaboration with the EPT Grand-Orly Seine Bièvre teams.

► The waste bins for full packaging and household waste can be presented uniquely Wednesday January 1st from 5:30 a.m.. Collection will begin at 9:30 a.m. that same day.

As an asset manager, you will be held liable for any container set on fire on public roads, due to negligence or failure to comply with instructions on the dates indicated. In this case, the offenses will be noted and prosecuted in accordance with article R632-1 of the penal code. In addition, the cleaning costs would be your responsibility, in application of the deliberation of the Municipal Council n°22032 of March 23, 2022 setting the packages for the restoration of the public domain.
