A 45-year-old man was arrested in Grigny (Essonne) on Wednesday December 4, 2024 after climbing three floors of a building. According to News Essonne , he wanted to attack his partner who had just broken up with him. He was drunk at the time of the incident.
More than two grams of alcohol per liter of blood
