The Paris Olympic Games will have been the high point of a very prosperous sporting year 2024. Games of the 33rd Olympiad of the modern era where the athletes will have shone. Most of these Olympic champions are logically vying for a place for the title of champion of the year. Despite everything, these Olympics should not hide the usual events for sports fans such as Euro 2024 Football, the Alpine skiing and biathlon World Cup, the NBA, the Top 14 or even the various continental championships (skating artistic, table tennis, judo).

On the men's side, we inevitably find many athletes who shone during the Olympic Games, the gold medalists in the lead such as the defending champion, Léon Marchand (swimming), Joris Daudet (BMX), Teddy Riner (judo) and Kauli Vaast (surfing). Some even accumulate awards like Antoine Dupont (Rugby), Victor Wembanyama (Basketball) or Alexis and Félix Lebrun (table tennis). We should also not forget the winter sports specialists (skier Cyprien Sarrazin and skater Adam Siao Him Fa).

Pauline Ferrand-Prévot (VTT) will obviously be in the race to double the stakes but the competition will be tough with Cassandre Beaugrand (triathlon), Manon Apithy-Brunet (fencing) and Clarisse Agbégnénou (judo). Biathletes Julia Simon and Lou Jeanmonnot will have their say along with their winter sports colleagues: Chloé Trespeuch (snowboardcross) and Tess Ledeux (freestyle skiing)
