Opposed to AS Monaco in the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France, the Union Saint-Jean club (R1) was contacted by the TFC to discuss the possibility of playing at the Toulouse Stadium, but also by the Revel club, which went through this situation last season.
After the joy, the organization. Before the 32nd final of the Coupe de France against Monaco, scheduled for Sunday December 22 at 2:45 p.m., the little thumb of Union Saint-Jean FC (Regional 1) is trying to organize itself to best prepare for this deadline but also to manage the next two days of the championship to be played.
There is obviously the location of the meeting against Monaco which is to be finalized. According to our information, it could be the Toulouse Stadium. TFC partner club, Union Saint-Jean was contacted by president Damien Comolli to discuss this possibility. It remains to exchange terms with Toulouse town hall.

Revel's experience may come in handy
Another welcome help for the club, but more unexpected, that of the Revel club. Drawing on their experience of last season at the same stage of the competition against Paris Saint-Germain (9-0 elimination at the Pierre Fabre stadium in Castres), the Revel leaders, president and sporting director, contacted those of Union Saint -Jean to help them manage media requests for the next three weeks and other logistics inherent to the meeting.
And as a nice nod to this story, by coincidence of the calendar, the two clubs will also face each other in the championship… starting Saturday in Revel (7 p.m.).
