Lyon and France striker Delphine Cascarino came out injured and in tears on Sunday evening during the shock of the 21st day of Women’s D1 against Paris SG, a worrying injury two months before the World Cup in Australia and in New Zealand (July 20-August 20).
A contact with Elisa De Almeida
The winger, framework and indisputable holder in the France team, remained on the ground for a long time on the lawn of the Parc des Princes after contact with Elisa De Almeida. Manipulated by the trainers at the level of the right knee, she was able to get up and walk with a limp but she was quickly overwhelmed by emotion and went directly to the locker room in the 55th minute.
