In the presbytery room, the general assembly of the Aude aux arts association was held. President Marie-Pascale Casas Faure welcomes those present and recalls the agenda with: moral report, financial situation, strategy, program and projects for the current financial year, various questions. Then, Antoine Casas Harillo took the floor paying tribute to Frédéric Delmer the treasurer, who recently passed away. He praised the city and the municipal agents for their presence and their help during the festival as well as all the volunteers and particularly for Mr. Desbararts for his help and the presentation of the financial situation of the association which allowed the approval accounts for the financial year. Antoine Harillo recalled the difficulty in finding a treasurer and took the opportunity to appeal to members.
His presentation focused in particular on the strategy to be implemented for the ten years of the association in 2025, an anniversary which will exceptionally last a whole week with various events organized. In conclusion, he explained that “we will be a little more at the start of the year and are counting a lot on the actors who work in the Montolivain cultural field”.
The meeting ended around a friendly drink.
