In the Gerslovers of photo are already familiar with Lectoure, which has housed the Center for Art and Photography since 2010 as well as the Lectoure Photographic Summer event. But perhaps they will now have to rely on another town to satisfy their passion.
The first Fleurance Photographic Meetings will soon be organized (by the Gascogne Photo Club) in the commune of the same name. With around fifty photographers on the picture rails, from enlightened beginners to renowned professionals.
Well-known names in the region
On the professional side, photographers from the surrounding area, well known to locals, will obviously be there, Stéphane Jouanne from the Pixel et grain d'argent studio will be there.
A man who wears many hats. When he is not at a wedding, the man who is also a reservist is leader of the reserve armored platoon within the 5e combat squadron of 1is Parachute hussar regiment of Tarbes.
Lectourois will participate in the event, such as Pierre Culot and Gaëlle Lacombe from Duckprint, the “poetic photographer” Jeanne Delecluse, from la Verrière rouge and Damien Leroy, from Studio Leroy.
And a champion of gastronomic photography
But there will also be a star of… culinary photography : Philippe Exbrayat, from Art Gallery Viaud in Bordeaux. A man capable of making carrots sexy, make mushrooms work or make shallots shine like jewels!
