Until the end of Thursday afternoon, according to the forecast, a long swell from North to North-East will take its toll. It is gradually arriving on the coasts of the territory and will surge quite strongly, indicates Météo France.

This long swell will increase in the evening, with values ​​of around one meter. It is very energetic and will generate powerful waves on the northern coasts of Basse-Terre.
Localized submersion in low areas can be observed.
