This couple takes over a bar-restaurant in Côtes-d'Armor that they ran almost ten years ago

Closed for several months, the emblematic bar-restaurant l'Escale reopened its doors on November 4, 2024, near the Ridor area, on the edge of the RN164, in Plémet, near Loudéac (Côtes-d'Armor ). It is with pleasure that Soizic and Franck Rolland, as well as their son Mathieu, have found their customers again, after ten years of absence.

This is indeed a return to familiar territory for this couple of restaurateurs. Soizic and Franck Rolland already ran L'Escale, in Plémet, near Loudéac (Côtes-d'Armor), from 2005 to 2015. This restaurant, created in the 1970s, was then called Le Ridor. They had preserved the walls.
