“I am originally from Zimbabwe. When I decided to move into the hotel and catering industry, I wanted to discover Europe. In 2012, I arrived in Switzerland to study there. Then , and today Beaune where we opened, with two friends, a restaurant in 2023: L'Alentour, rue d'Alsace. Natasha is Canadian, Marc (right in the photo) is from Beaujolais, both are chefs. And they too are new Côte-d’Oriens! We met in Paris, that's where we decided to unite in a project. During my studies in Switzerland, I had already completed three internships in Burgundy. After seven years in Paris, we really wanted a city on a human scale. I really like Beaune, it's not too big, you have the feeling of living between town and countryside, I like walking my dog in the surrounding area. And we are very happy with the welcome given to the Alentour! »
