House builders, real estate developers, land developers, global renovators: 17 member companies and 32 partners of the Pôle Habitat FFB competed from November 21 to 23, 2024 in the 22nd innovative housing challenge.
The 2025 rankings revealed on November 23 in Riga (Latvia) demonstrate the agility shown by stakeholders despite the crisis in the sector to meet new expectations: economic accessibility, environmental transition, societal changes, transformation and improvement of urban spaces, comfort of residents' lives or even enhancement of existing heritage. To overcome the challenges of the moment, operators are condemned to innovate and reinvent themselves, as Grégory Monod, president of the Pôle Habitat FFB, emphasized at the closing of the technical seminar: “We will have to renew ourselves, reinvent ourselves, innovate, change our practices.” The companies rewarded during this 22nd challenge are already showing the way forward!
