Spanish international Mariona Caldentey has signed with Arsenal, after a successful career at FC Barcelona – winning 25 titles – for the coming season.
Arsenal have made official the signing of Mariona Caldentey from FC Barcelona. This new recruit will strengthen the London team. Mariona, who has played for FC Barcelona since 2014, joins Arsenal after a decade marked by success with the Catalan club.
During her time at FC Barcelona, Mariona Caldentey was among the faces that participated in the beginning of FC Barcelona’s dominance in Spain and at European level, contributing greatly to the team’s many victories. She helped the club win several Liga F titles, as well as prestigious victories in the Copa de la Reina.
