For the past three years, the Amicale laïque Valence-d’Agen has been organizing its awards ceremony for deserving members at the start of the summer holidays. For the Alva board of directors, it is about highlighting athletes, volunteers and competitors for their commitment, their diligence, their dynamism or their results during a moment that is as simple as it is sincere and friendly.
Which was done this Friday, June 28, in an overheated Léo-Gipoulou room! The president Raymonde Billa, accompanied by her administrators, recalled the fundamental values of the friendly association which are: secularism, friendship, solidarity, fraternity, respect and tolerance… whatever happens! She added: “We have not yet found all our staff from before the health crisis but we are close to 800 members. The Alva (which is celebrating its 111th anniversary this year) is in good health. There will be new things at the start of the school year in September. They still need to be confirmed, be patient!” This observation did not escape and was taken up with satisfaction by the deputy mayor, Bernard Groussou, who willingly supports the friendly members in their development.

Youth theater: Teyana Schaad, Neyla Bekkal, Léoric Charlault and Elodie Darennes. Cyclosport: Gérard Bongiovanni the manager, Régis Larroque, Jean-Michel Sekula and Hugo Souton. Added to this list are three employees: secretary Annalie Labro, Christelle Bouard and Béatrice Arnaud, gym instructors.
