Coignieres
From July 6 to 14, it’s Un été à Coignières. The city is offering a rich program, including pony rides, climbing, road safety awareness, musical evenings, the presence of the Paris Saint-Germain Foundation village, street shows, e-sports, an Olympic sports simulator, water games, inflatable structures, table tennis, teqball, futsal, table football, and a republican ball on July 14. Guyancourt
Like every year, Vive l’été is back and will offer a wide range of activities. From June 29 to August 31, it is possible, in the different districts of the city, to enjoy a rich program with “shows, outings, sports, concerts, open-air cinema, games and activities galore”, lists the municipality on its website. Please note, registration online or with the facility concerned is mandatory for certain activities. Parental authorization will also be requested for unaccompanied children. The Clayes-sous-Bois
With L’Été aux Clayes, these are two months of programming with which the Clétiens will not be bored. After the Summer Festival on July 6 on the Janine Thomas meadow, from 3 p.m. with sports and cultural activities, then it’s time for the Summer Terraces, still on the Janine Thomas meadow but also at the Sémaphore, on July 9, 10, 23, and 24 and August 13, 14, 27 and 28, with outdoor games in different forms. Magny-les-Hameaux
Back for two years, Remets tes tongs is now in its 15th edition. See you from July 10 to 13 at the Mauduit gymnasium and on the Chevincourt plain. After a musical and sports opening evening on July 10, during which various sports and artistic associations will be in the spotlight and where the public will be able to enjoy an open-air screening of the films Va, vis, deviens! and Pour l’honneur, the following days will give way to a village for the very young, Maglab workshops, and many other activities (climbing, trampoline, inflatable structures, rope skipping, visual arts workshop, introductions to boxing, disc golf, modeling, Olympics, sack race, skittles, board games, nature activities, athletics, workshop on instruments made from recycled materials, biodiversity and climate activities, street workout, roller disco evening, reading area with the Bibliobus, shows, orienteering, futsal). Maurepas
Several facilities allow you to have fun all summer long in Maurepas, at the Stade du Bois and through various municipal structures (Mille club, Relais Marianne, Tridim). First, the Esti’Village, which is held from July 9 to 24 at the Stade du Bois. As part of this, “a program adapted to all ages (children, young people, families and seniors) will be provided: relaxation area (arcade terminal, wooden games, etc.), sports activities (bubble football, archery game, etc.), virtual reality, family health fitness, senior health sport, or even multi-sport workshops for families,” the municipality indicates in its magazine. For its part, the Relais Marianne has “also come up with many activities,” continues the municipal magazine. The latter mentions in particular the stroller café (a space for games and discussions promoting child development), a musical story, fun games to raise awareness of the use of digital technology, Lego activities, or even a children/parents circus workshop.

As for the Mille Club, it will offer discovery days, bike rides, water games, video game tournaments, battle karts, and many other surprises. Not to mention a stay organized by the Mille Club from July 22 to 26. Canoeing, climbing and Beauval Zoo will be on the program. As for the Sports School, it offers two sessions: one from July 8 to 12, the other from August 26 to 30. Finally, “if the majority of structures close their doors for a well-deserved rest, they share their activities within the Mille Club. Young people aged 11 to 25 will be welcomed there until the 23rd of the month before all reception areas reopen,” concludes the municipal magazine.

Montigny-le-Bretonneux
Like every year, Été en sable is set up in the parking lot of the Alain Colas gymnasium. The 2024 edition takes place from July 6 to August 4. Activities seven days a week, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., will be held there. On the program, sports tournaments, workshops, evenings, outings also organized with the Jouvet community center (for 11-14 year olds and 15-17 year olds). Full program coming soon on montigny78.fr. As a reminder, the event has been reserved for Ignymontains since 2019.

Pleasure
Double event in Plaisir, since, in addition to the Quartiers d’été, from July 8 to August 22 throughout the town and more aimed at 11-17 year olds (free, registration required until July 19, details on the town’s website), the municipality is organizing its annual Estivales in the castle park from July 17 to August 24. An event for all audiences where everyone should find something to enjoy, with inflatable structures, pedal karts, mountain bikes, balance bikes, wooden games, a toddlers’ corner, games, all kinds of workshops, strolls and shows. Traps
The City is repeating its Summer in Trappes program, from July 6 to August 30. “Enjoy a summer full of activities and events in Trappes,” summarizes the municipality. These events include Trappes beach, which will be held for the second year in a row since the renovation of the outdoor facilities of the Jacques Monquaut swimming pool (read our edition of July 11, 2023), but also a number of sports and cultural activities, or even a trip to the sea for 10 euros every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Villers-sur-mer on July 10, 24, 31 and August 14, Cabourg on July 17 as well as August 7 and 21.
