The Carrefour France group has finalized the acquisition of the Cora and Match brands, including the Match supermarket, located on rue du Pont d’Arcole in Beauvais.

It has been official since July 1st. The Carrefour group has taken over the Cora and Match stores from the Belgian group Louis Delhaize. This operation also includes the Provera purchasing center. It was carried out taking into account the estimated enterprise value of 1.05 billion euros. The Louis Delhaize group owned 60 Cora hypermarkets and 115 Match supermarkets.

In Picardy, this sale concerns 8 stores including Cora in Saint-Maximin and especially the Match supermarket located on rue du Pont d’Arcole in Beauvais. According to initial information, the Match brand should be retained, unlike that of Cora.
