The principal of the Frédéric-Bazille college in Beaune-la-Rolande is leaving the establishment. Her commitment and dedication have been praised.
Sarah Bauer, principal of the Frédéric-Bazille college in Beaune-la-Rolande, was moved on Friday.
Arriving in September 2020, after four rewarding years, she is embarking on a new professional challenge. For her first year as head of school, the step was high. Surrounded by her team, she showed determination. “Together, we have built a close-knit community, capable of overcoming all obstacles, even the most unexpected. I leave you with a heavy heart but full of hope. Frédéric-Bazille College deserves to be known and recognized. Currently, it shines, exists and is heard,” she emphasizes.
Always smiling, available and attentive, she did not count her hours. She traveled to the French volleyball championship, accompanied the students for the trip to England, went to the French women’s football championship in Boulogne-sur-Mer (Pas-de-Calais), was present every evening at the Baz’Arts festival and participated in the college cross-country race.
Appreciated by the teaching team and by the students, Sarah Bauer has been able to take the establishment to the top through her dynamism. Today, the college has achieved results that are above academic expectations.
At the start of the 2024 school year, she will become principal at Paul-Éluard college in Châlette-sur-Loing.
