Perpignan. A new building is being built: here is what you will find there

Something new coming to the Fauceille path in Perpignan. In a few months, a brand new car dealership will open its doors opposite Toyota and Opel. Two Spanish brands will set up shop there: Seat et Cupra.

A brand new site for Seat and Cupra

Behind this new concession, we find the Scala group who already distributes Audi, Volkswagen et SkodaThis brand new Seat/Cupra point of sale will replace the one currently located in an isolated corner of Chemin de la Fauceille.

This brand new building – with a floor area of ​​800 m² – will be installed on the last available plot of land in the Fauceille automobile village, next to FitnessBoutique.

The end of the work is scheduled for next fallIn addition to the premises, a charging station will be accessible 24 hours a day. The latter will be powered by photovoltaic energy.

A new bakery in Fauceille

In recent weeks, Chemin de la Fauceille has also welcomed a new business. This time, nothing to do with cars. Indeed, at the end of April, it is the Feuillette bakery who settled there.

Created in 2009 by Jean-François Feuillette, this brand is booming. There are already around sixty of them throughout the country, mainly in the northern half of France. This is the first Feuillette bakery in the Pyrénées-Orientales.
