All week at the Relais Culturel, exhibition of works by primary school children, Indian ink drawings accompanied by the painter Esteban Martorell, children from the nursery school as well as members of Regain Saintois.
Saturday June 1st: Day in collaboration with “WE LOVE ART 2024”
Place des Gitans – Parvis of the Town Hall Guest of honor the painter Pierre Amiel
10 a.m. – 4 p.m. – Painting exhibition and musical entertainment
by “Melle Chuchotis by Illico Presto Compagnie” and the group “Planète Big Bang”
11 a.m. – Inauguration of the “ Village Van Gogh » by Madame le Maire Musical entertainment with the Saintoise Choir
12:30 p.m. – Aperitif offered by the painters’ association “Imaginons” and presentation of the artists
3:00 p.m. – Fresco on a 5m x 2m board created by Regain Saintois and the
children of the leisure center
4:00 p.m. – Painters in action on a 10m x 2.10m canvas 6:00 p.m. – Presentation of the paintings to the Mayor.
Sunday June 2nd
10h30- Guided tour “In the footsteps of Vincent Van Gogh” with Alain Amiel.
11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – Parvis de l’Hôtel de ville – Composition of works of art using a chainsaw from raw wood by Jacques Pissenem accompanied by painters Patrick Vanden and Pierre Amiel.
Monday 3rd june
5:00 p.m. – Film screening on Vincent Van Gogh by Alain Amiel
followed by an exchange with the spectators.
Tuesday June 4th
10:30 a.m. – Guided tour “In the footsteps of Vincent Van Gogh” with Alain Amiel
Free – Open to all upon registration
2:00 p.m. – Oil painting workshop with Patrick Vanden. Free – Open to all upon registration
Wednesday June 5th
Cook it like Van Gogh!
Workshop on decorating fougasse in the painter’s style with cut vegetables.
