Roberto De Zerbi has barely arrived to embody a new three-year project, OM is embarking on a restructuring at several levels. The Italian technician will have an expanded staff of seven people, as revealed by RMC Sport. Giovanni Rossi, the former sporting director of Sassuolo will have a role as advisor to the coach.
OM will also welcome the arrival of Aziz Mady Mogne, a former FC Lorient player. Training to resume on July 4
The reorganization of the club also affects the medical sector. Four physiotherapists and a doctor were dismissed by OM, which will set up a performance unit at the medical level.
