He takes stock of a vote which saw “a historic level of participation” and believes that at the end of this first vote, “two clear choices” are available to voters, believing that “the extreme left constitutes a existential threat to the French Nation.
The president of the Rally presents the second round as that of a duel between the National Rally and the New Popular Front, of which he imposes Jean-Luc Mélenchon as its face. “We cannot entrust the destiny of France to these arsonists who adopt a strategy of permanent conflict,” he writes. Emmanuel Macron’s camps are not even mentioned.
“This Sunday, July 7, you can choose a responsible break. By choosing candidates supported by the RN throughout France, you will give yourself a majority ready to act, in the service of all French people,” he demands, while at least 37 RN deputies are already victorious in their constituencies after the first round.
Jordan Bardella recalls that his camp is composed of “the National Rally and the Republicans on the right, around Marine Le Pen and Eric Ciotti”. The historic LR camp is credited with 10% of the ballots. It has not given voting instructions Sunday night.
