The National Rally is in the lead in 5 constituencies out of the 27 in Brittany, the presidential majority is resisting and the Left Front is doing well around the metropolises of Rennes and Brest. The results for this first round in Rennes, Brest, Lorient or Guingamp for the 2024 legislative elections are now final and the wave of the National Rally permeates Brittany as on the national level.

The verdict at the polls is the result of very strong mobilization. In Finistère, Morbihan, Ille-et-Vilaine and Côtes d’Armor, voters turned out en masse.

In Ille-Vilaine, four constituencies placed the New Popular Front in the lead as in the first constituency of Rennes where the candidate Marie Mesmeur, parachuted in place of Frédéric Mathieu, obtained the score of 42.31%.

Mickaël Bouloux of the New Popular Front, in the 8th constituency, is the only candidate from Brittany to be elected in the first round.

In the constituency of Redon, the 4th of Ille-et-Vilaine, Jordan Bardella’s party achieved its objective by placing itself in the lead.

In Finistère, four constituencies lean for the New Popular Front, three constituencies for the Presidential Majority and one for the National Rally: discover the map of the final results in Finistère.

Two constituencies for the National Rally, two for the presidential majority, Morbihan inland voted the opposite of that of the seaside. The New Popular Front and the Regionalists only came out on top in one constituency each.

The left has lost the Côtes d’Armor. In the five constituencies, three placed the presidential majority in the lead, one for the Republicans and one for the National Rally.
