Lion’s start
The weekend was tumultuous: violent storms broke out across the province on Saturday and Sunday. In total, some areas received more than 50 mm of rain in just two days.
However, the passage of the cold front will have pleasant consequences: it will drive away humidity and thus allow Quebecers to move on Monday in comfortable weather conditions.
On Monday, the sky will be completely clear for the entire province and the maximum hours of sunshine available will be within reach. Temperatures will be within seasonal norms and feelings will remain modest. A start on the right foot. This good weather will continue during the day on Tuesday before a turnaround in the situation.
Seed in the heart
The offending day this week will be Wednesday: the arrival of a system from the west will play spoilsport over a good part of Quebec. Fortunately, the expected amounts of rain are expected to be modest.
However, the gloomy weather in the middle of the week will be short-lived: from Thursday, there will be a return of an anticyclone, albeit a brief one. The last two days of the week should therefore take place under clear skies.
What is more, the maximums expected in southern Quebec will be slightly above seasonal norms.
