June 21: music festival but also residency festival?
And yes, we took advantage of the summer day (without the sun) and the music festival to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our residency. More than 250 people were gathered to party with us.
Did you choose a theme?
Guinguette theme….and joie de vivre! We set the pace for the day, with the entire Bocage team, with a very rhythmic choreography, prepared especially for this day. I have the chance to work with a fantastic team that is always ready to take on new challenges….that being said, no one is ready for Dancing with the Stars yet!!!!
Tell us about your establishment?
We are located in the center of Niort near the quays of Sèvre Niortaise, Port Boinot, the market halls as well as all amenities and services. The establishment is made up of 75 accommodations, from studios to T3, or from 35 to 130 m2. They are available for rental or accession. Currently, we welcome 89 independent residents, aged 62 to 99 years old.
What are the specific features of your residence?
If the management of the common areas is ensured by a condominium trustee, the management of the services is ensured by an association…and that is the whole difference. We are totally independent, and do not depend on any group, which allows us to be very flexible and to stick as closely as possible to the requests and needs of our residents.
An example, the restaurant which is completely optional, and where we offer billing per dish. Everyone, depending on their hunger, can therefore choose what suits them. We are very flexible in our operation.
How do you organize the residents’ lives?
The residents’ lives are punctuated according to their own desires. Apart from 24/7 security and all the administrative and material services that we can provide, we also offer many activities: Singers-Theater-Choir-Yoga classes-Fencing classes…
Without forgetting our partners who work in our premises: Hairdresser – Pedicure – Dry cleaning – Sophrologist…..
A word on prices?
Our apartments are available for rental from €1,300 per month all inclusive (except meals, Editor’s note) for a single person. All our accommodation has a terrace as well as a cellar and an optional garage.
So that tenants can make their interior their own, they move in with their furniture.
