“It’s degree zero of unionism”
Corinne Griffond found herself stuck at Agen Agora this Friday at the same time as the president of the FNSEA Arnaud Rousseau. As always, the president of Renaissance 47 did not mince her words when discussing CR 47: “It is the zero degree of unionism.
Frankly, farmers who prevent other farmers from meeting in good conditions to think about the future of the profession… Where are we? It's a bit as if the CGT was taking the CFDT hostage because it doesn't think like it. This is not okay at all. Once again, CR 47 applies the same methods as the RN.”
What Jean Dionis, mayor of Agen, really said
A publication on the Facebook page of the National Rural Coordination seriously angered the FDSEA 47 yesterday. It was written on the social network: MOBILIZATIONS IN AGEN: blocking of the industrial zone of the Saint-Jacques roundabout and Parc des Expositions where Arnaud Rousseau, boss of the FNSEA, is located. With the support of the mayor of Agen, Jean Dionis: “You will win this fight”.
Accompanied by his friend Serge Bousquet-Cassagne, Jean Dionis is welcome to the CR 47 meeting on Friday morning. A few days earlier, he had been invited to the national congress of the CR. Yesterday morning, however, he did not invite Arnaud Rousseau to be retained. On the contrary. He declared: “I came to tell the CR47 that they must lead their fight within certain rules. I am thinking, for example, of the arrival of the president of the FDSEA. It has to be a fight that takes place at the ballot box. We are not blocking freedom of expression.”

A new complaint from the prefect?
In a press release, the prefect of Lot-et-Garonne deplores this desire to disrupt the national congress of a dynamic agricultural sector in Lot-et-Garonne, as well as the multiple spills of waste and slurry on public roads and in front of the entrance to a nearby supermarket.
