Top Chef: Justine Piluso opens her first pasta bar in this emblematic place!

Pasta is life. There you go, now that we have re-established the basics and we are all in agreement, we will be able to get to the heart of the matter : opening a new address entirely dedicated to these little gastronomic wonders, Bouillante. This is the new concept launched by Justine Pilusoone of the best candidates Top Chef everin the heart of the incrediblee grand magasin du 1er. A super appetizing pasta bar, where you are in control from start to finish to create the plate of your dreams.

Simple and delicious cuisine

At Bouillante, the chef invites you to let your imagination speak creating your perfect dish. To begin, we choose from 4 types of fresh pastawith rather original shapes (no spaghetti or penne here). Mafaldine, fusilli with holes, curly lilies or rprocrastinators, bases that we especially appreciate for their chewiness and their gluttony.

Then comes the moment crucial, that of choosing one's sauce. Super comforting recipes, established thanks to simple products, and above all seasonal. Creamy mushrooms paleron confit including bluefin tuna or very wintery cheese creamthere will be for all tastes.

Finally, we add its little toppingsjust to perfect everything. Grilled baconbreadcrumbs, parmesan, olive powder or hazelnuts, we prefer to warn you, the hardest part, it will clearly be not to take everythingand leave some for others. Here you are with a plate as nice as Justine herself.

Here again, same fight, the hardest part will be choose between 4 à la carte recipeswhich promise very good things.

And to end gently, we rush for one of the desserts imagined by the chef, they too flavors of Italy, obviously. Once this incredible meal has been devoured, we treat ourselves a little digestive stroll in the shelves of La Samaritainetempera art deco and of new art. And the good news is that right now, the store transforms into a giant fairy garden. An atmosphere almost as magical as Justine Piluso's pasta!
