Support for farmers:
establishment of hotlines in prefectures and sub-prefectures
In accordance with the Prime Minister's commitments, the State has already deployed measurements unpublished in order toto accompany businesses agricultural faced with cash flow tensions:
- Accelerated partial reimbursement of taxes on non-road diesel (GNR) for 2023 deliveries. This year, to provide immediate cash flow support, farmers can also receive an advance for 2024, corresponding to 50% of the amounts. reimbursed on the basis of purchases made in 2023;
- A sympathetic examination, on a case-by-case basis, of requests for postponements of tax deadlines or payment deadlines by the corporate tax services (and the personal tax services for farmers covered by the agricultural micro-profits tax regime) ;
- Rapid restitution, within thirty days, by the business tax services, of current VAT credits;

And, as for all companies, the extension of electricity aid schemes:
– Lelectricity shock absorber for VSEs/SMEs, which signed their supply contract before June 30, 2023.

Since March 5, in addition to the listening and support systems already deployed by the various actors in the agricultural sector, in particular the Calvados Chamber of Agriculture, the mobilization of state services has been reinforced by the establishment of multi-administration hotlines within the prefecture and dsub-prefectureswith the aim of providing personalized support to farmers and discussing with them the difficulties encountered by their farms, particularly in terms of cash flow.
