On November 16 and 17, the entrepreneurial marathon “Mon Incroyable Quotidien” took place, proposed by Charlotte Rousseau, economics manager for the Lot Valley at Smavlot, with the Auxillia Conseils firm. Thanks to the 15 participating projects, 22 local partners and 38 coaches, the event was a success!

Smavlot offered in 2023 and 2024 the “My Incredible Territory” program, which allows project leaders to benefit from support in the form of an (intellectual) marathon. A format based on collective intelligence to create synergy between development, support and entrepreneurship actors in the region and emulation around dynamic projects. It's on average three to six months of procedures and meetings condensed into three half-days – hence the term “marathon”.

Four themes have already been deployed in 2023-2024: commerce-crafts (Monsempron-Libos), tourism (Aiguillon), food resilience (Villeneuve-sur-Lot), and art, culture and heritage (Monflanquin). Temple-sur-Lot therefore closes the cycle with the 5e edition around living well and aging better in the region (youth, sport, senior economy, well-being, inclusion, mobility. An entrepreneurial adventure made it possible both to create an artistic immersion and to deepen the main stages of assembly of a project: opportunity, adaptability, viability, notoriety.

It was also an opportunity to challenge the ideas and projects of candidates from the Lot Valley and Bastides region.

Three projects were awarded prizes. Firstly, Kévin, who wishes to set up health-sport activities for young people (#APA-health); then Céline who has just launched her activity as a mobile optician in the region (#the optician who moves); and finally Sophie and Sébastien who want to develop a beguinage activity within their campsite (#Lac de Ferrié). All other candidates were also rewarded.

In June 2025, “My Incredible Territory” will be completed.
