The winners of the fourth edition of the Lot amateur Trophies organized by La Dépêche du Midi and the Lot rugby committee were revealed this Thursday evening, on the occasion of a beautiful evening which took place at the Castelnau-Montratier village hall.

Throughout this great evening which took place in the presence of Eric Laffont Baylet, managing director of the Dépêche du Midi Group and Jean-Claude Tardieu president of the Lot rugby committee, all those who raised the colors of the Lot oval during the 2023-2024 season, and which you voted for, were rewarded.

For this 2024 edition of the Amateur Rugby Trophies, ten categories were submitted to your votes. During this evening which brought together the large family of the departmental oval, the winners of this fourth edition were revealed.
Figeacois Quentin Viazac was named Fédérale’s best player.

The Trophy for the best sevens rugby player was awarded to Saint-Céréen Valentin Bac.

Finally, it is the Saint-Céré Rugby School which was designated Rugby School for these fourth Lot amateur rugby Trophies.

During this evening, the president of the Lot de rugby committee Jean-Claude Tardieu presented the awareness-raising operation linked to addictions carried out by the Lot de rugby committee in partnership with the gendarmerie.

The Figeac U16s and the Stade Marivalois U16s received the special prize from the rugby league.

Finally, the prize for promoting Lot rugby was awarded to Lionel Veyssières, from the UNSS du Lot.
