Monday, November 18, at Mennecy Theaterwas held in the presence of the three-star chef Régis Marconthe ceremony of Golden Tastes 2025 rewarding the best restaurateurs in Essonne. This event was preceded by a first ceremony, on November 4, which had already crowned traders and food artisans. In total, these are 120 winners which were distinguished this year and which now appear in the official Papilles d'Or guide (available on the dedicated website).

The Public Prize brought together more than 3,000 voters

The 2025 edition welcomed around forty new participants. THE 15 categories in competition represented a wide range of professions, ranging from gourmet catering at food trucksincluding greengrocers, wine merchants and roasters. Among the new features this year, the “Chocolate” category has appeared. Two establishments were honored on this occasion: Chocolat' de Yerres obtained 4 Papillae and Tablets and Companies de was awarded 3 Papilles.

This anniversary edition was also marked by the creation of a Audience Award. With more than 3,000 online votes, consumers rewarded THE ARTisan Pastry chef, from Viry-Châtillon, and the Italian restaurant Le Rugantino, from Montlhéry. On the side of traders and craftsmen, Beer’s Not Dead in Dourdan, a bar appreciated for its friendly atmosphere, or the Limousin butchery in Sainte-Geneviève-des-, recognized for its traceability of “Red Gold”, received the highest distinction.

Registrations for the next edition will open in January

In gastronomic catering, Roosters from Milly-la-Forêt were praised for their work with local producers in the Gâtinais Natural Park, while Le Patisson, of Villemoisson-sur-Orge, rest “one of the best restaurants in the Department”according to the CCI. In traditional catering, The diving board opposite from Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois impressed with its careful cuisine. In the food trucks category, April 20a traveling wine bar, and Emy’s Burgerrenowned for its ultra-fresh products and its freshly ground meat, were distinguished by the jury.

Finally, two special prizes were also awarded this year: the Ferrandi Prize, in partnership with the eponymous school, was awarded to the cheese factory Refine itlocated in , for its innovative bistronomic cheese shop concept. As for the Apprenticeship Prize, it was awarded to Maison Gasdon Charcuterie d’Orsay as well as La Table d’Ormoy for their investment in the training of young apprentices. The Essonne Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), organizer of the competition, announces that the registrations for the Papilles d’Or 2026 will open in January.
