This Wednesday, November 20, young footballers from Saint-Louis and Lafayette colleges, members of the women's section of Puy Foot 43, went to Tola Vologe (center of the Pôle Espoir in Lyon) for the Marilou-Duringer challenge.
This competition brings together the 12 best women's sections in the LAURA region, with qualification in May for the national finals in Clairefontaine.
For their first participation in this tournament, the girls, accompanied by Théo Féliciano, head of the Pôle Féminin at Puy Foot 43 and Bertrand Meyer (PE teacher at Saint-Louis college), achieved a promising fifth place.
Their record: two victories against the sections of Valence (3-0) and Villefranche sur Saône (2-0), a draw against that of Annecy (2-2) and two defeats against Olympique Lyonnais (2-0). ) and ASSE (4-1).
