The Barrière Fouquet's hotel brasserie is getting into the Thanksgiving game and unveils a special menu designed to immerse us in the atmosphere of the American family celebration. On the menu? Velvety butternut, chestnuts and crispy corn to recall the sweet flavors of autumn. The long-awaited stuffed turkey unsurprisingly reveals itself as the main course and is based on a very fragrant cranberry juice. Everything is accompanied by ultra-gourmet mashed potatoes. The chefs have developed a menu that pays homage to the great classics of this holiday: peanut soup, roast turkey accompanied by gravy sauce and served with mashed sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, roasted cornbread and sprouts. Like every year, the LE Drugstore restaurant pulls out all the stops to celebrate Thanksgiving with a menu signed by Chef Eric Frechon.
