This Thursday, June 27, the Toulouse club has just made official the signing of the first professional contract of the young central defender who is about to celebrate his 20th birthday. This is the fourth Pitchoun to turn pro since the beginning of the month.

Many are already comparing him to Rasmus Nicolaisen… A solid and calm central defender, Nicolas Wasbauer has just signed a professional contract for a duration – according to our information – of one year with the Haut-Garonnais club. Coming from the 2004 generation, he was called up twice by Carles Martinz Novell this season (in Metz in the Championship and in Rouen in the Coupe de France, editor’s note) but has still not experienced his first minutes with the pros.

Having played for FC Gragnague, US Verfeil and AS L’Union, he joined Île du Ramier at the age of 13 and managed to establish himself as a leader in the youth categories. This season, he played 24 matches under the orders of Jean-Christophe Debu, with the reserve group, in National 2.
