The eHo brand, which manufactures recycled watches and jewelry in Lectoure, was present at the Made In France Expo a few days ago.
The Made In France (MIF) Expo took place at Porte de Versailles in Paris from November 8 to 11. Among the brands represented, eHo, the leading French brand of recycled and upcycled watches and jewelry, was one of the five finalists for the Product Made in France grand prize. This is valuable recognition for its commitment to reuse and the creation of ethical and responsible watchmaking.
For the new edition of the Made In France show which celebrates French manufacturing, the eHo stand, in the heart of the Occitanie Pavilion, welcomed passionate visitors curious to discover unique watches created on the values of authenticity, inclusion and of sustainable innovation.

EHo, which is part of the Manufacture Générale Horlogère (MGE) group, based in Lectoure since 2019, is reinventing the codes of traditional watchmaking and jewelry. It is from existing watch components and jewelry that new watches and new jewelry with original designs are created.
A societal commitment
The idea is to give shape to unique watches, which tell a story, while integrating components from recycling. After modeling each watch, the design office transforms the sketches into a solid technical project.
Once the design is finalized, the watchmakers assemble each of the upgraded components. The result is a durable and elegant watch ready to find its wearer.

At eHo, the watches are assembled with precision in the Lectoure watchmaking workshop by staff with disabilities. Staff trained daily and supported by expert watchmakers (the MGH group has existed for over 35 years).
Each piece is carefully selected, tested, and controlled before being reborn in a new original creation. Responsible and ethical creations for reasoned consumption because 95% of watch components come from reuse. The bracelets come from end of stock or unsold items.
